The LactoScope™ F.T.I.R.


This is a dedicated analyzer for the rapid determination of the chemical composition of milk and dairy products, based on Fourier transform infrared technology (FTIR). Components that can be tested include: Butterfat, Protein (Total and True), Lactose, Total Solids, Solids Non-fat, Other Solids, Freezing Point Depression (FPD) and Milk Urea Nitrogen (MUN) and Fatty Acid composition
