This multi-modal learning workshop (on-line lectures and hands-on sessions) is organized by Cornell University and the University of Vermont Extension. The workshop is tailored to dairy processing personnel and has been designed to help participants understand the basic principles of dairy sanitation and safety. This workshop is ideally suited for production, QA/QC, and maintenance personnel.
