Producer Information Instructions
On the "Members Only" page click on "Member Login- Click Here".
On the login page, at Login Name - type your farm number.
At Password - type your unique password - hit Enter.
Current Tests - this button will bring you to the current tests page. Tests are loaded in chronological order from oldest to newest so you will have to scroll down to get your latest test information. Lab tests are entered by the lab personnel regularly. Milk volume is entered by a plant accounting clerk. Volume may lag up to 8 days behind at the beginning of each month due to the necessity to prove the prior month's pounds for MA reporting before entering the current month.
Historical Tests - this button will bring you to older test information. These tests are loaded in chronological order from latest to oldest.
Payment notes - when looking at any of the payment pages please note that: 1. Hauling is the total of hauling and stop charges 2. Misc Add is the total of all misc compensations given to you excluding premiums. 3. Total deductions is the total of all deductions and assignments less hauling and stop charges.
Payment Summary - this button will bring you to a summary of the current month to date as well as the last two full months payment history and year to date and fiscal year to date information. Net $ is the Gross $ less Hauling and Total Deductions.
Payment Detail - this button will bring you to the details of your producer payroll milk check statements. Each row represents a milk check and the date is based on the end of the period for which milk was shipped. Each row represents one half of each month. If milk was shipped from March 1 - March 15 the row will have a date of 03/03/15 which means 2003, March 15. Please read payment notes above for explanations of hauling, misc add and total deductions.
